Anxiety

This is how it feels when I have anxiety attacks.

This is how instability feels… yet these images are far more beautiful than the actual feelings & experience of anxiety.

I think most people avoid looking at or contemplating these types of photographs. They psychologically run from them to avoid their discomfort.

I encourage you to do the opposite. Engage these images. Contemplate them. Anxiety is really quite common. Let’s de-stigmatize it.
